Wanna resonate with the winevines located at the base of Bastion Mountain on the shores of Shuswap Lake?
Brielle at Sunnybrae Winery reached out with a fab idea to bring the bowls to the vineyard and co-create a unique event happening August 21st, 2025 from 6-8pm.
Sound bathers will be welcomed at the entrance and then guided into the vines where they’ll be invited to lay down their yoga mats and make their outdoor meditation nests.
“Welcome to Shuswap wine country”
The 1 hour sound healing experience will be followed by a special glass of wine or a non-alcoholic beverage on the winery’s patio. The $55 fee includes the sound bath and your drink.
Students are encouraged to bring a water bottle, yoga mat/cushion/blanket, and wear comfortable clothes and footwear suitable for nature.
