Wanna celebrate the equinox by getting bowled in the Long Road Farm barn near Armstrong, BC?

On June 21, 2025 the bowls and I visited Long Road Farm’s barn for a dreamy summer solstice sound bath. There were horses in their stalls, a curious cat, birds flew in and out and other animals visited as our guests relaxed and soaked it all in.

The straw beds were the best meditation nests I’ve seen yet and the sandy floor in the barn was nice and soft to lay or sit on.

The bowls and I are back to celebrate the equinox on Saturday September 20th, 2025 from 6-7:30pm and you’re invited to gather in the barn to get bowled.

Rob Pross is a magic maker who caught my eye years ago when she was working with the legendary Therese Laforge delivering sound baths throughout the area.

I got to attend one of her drum making workshops a few years ago and LOVE my drum that she helped me make.

We’ve collaborated to create custom mini rattle keychains as swag items, she has created custom rattles for me, and I’ve experienced the magic of her 1-1 hypno practice for a powerful session.

She and I recently joined forces for our first Hypno Sound Bath at the Mystic Moon River Retreat—drumming with her was a huge highlight of the day for me!

We decided to take what we did at the retreat and expand it, bringing you this guided hypno sound bath featuring rattles, drums and crystal singing bowls! We booked Sweet Freedom Yoga Studio as it’s our fave for sound events, a meeting place for those coming from all around with yoga props and blankets available to make you extra cozy in your nests.

Call in your intentions for this season, feel how rattles can clear your aura and mind, tune in to the beat of the drum bringing you into your heart as you float on sound waves, safe and sound on your mat.

Wanna get bowled in the company of cats and support a fabulous local non-profit with your ticket fee?

Phaedra Idzan contacted me to see if we could generate some fun and funds by collaborating with Shuswap Paws Rescue Society for a special sound bath with the kitties. We gathered on August 24th, 2025 and 22 guests got to meditate with 21 kittens plus one momma cat who came from 9 foster homes—are all available for adoption!

We’re doing it again and you’re invited to experience the magic of community and what happens when we amplify our love for cats with the frequencies of singing bowls, mixing the purrrfect vibrations for a Sunday afternoon at Sweet Freedom Yoga Studio in Salmon Arm, BC.

Additional donations of cat food, supplies and $$ are welcome, and adoption forms will be available incase you find your soul mate.

Wanna get bowled with a view of Shuswap Lake?

I love pulling off the highway and onto Cedar Drive knowing that I’m travelling to be with beautiful people who are gathering from all around the lake to meditate together. The parking lot is surrounded by magnificent trees and the views from inside the building are spectacular.

During winter/spring 2025 a monthly sound bath club was created, and magic happened each time we gathered. The energy that was shared was powerful and healing and a new community was formed. We took a break for the summer and I’ve been able to book us the busy space for two gatherings this fall!

Join on October 12th, 2025 and on November 15th, 2025 from 2:30-4pm if you’d like to get bowled with this amazing group. This session will feature the magic of Carly Kazakoff!
