Offerings

  • Meditate with Kate Friday nights from 7:30-8:30pm at Sweet Freedom Yoga in Salmon Arm. BC during Mantras & Meditation.

    All genders and generations welcome, drop-in fee is $10 :)

  • Public group sound bath events happen all over the Shuswap and throughout BC.

    Sound baths are often drop-in or pre-registered and generally range from $30-60.

  • Wanna book Kate and the bowls for a private session for you and maybe your friends?

    These sessions cost $111, take place at Sweet Freedom Yoga in Salmon Arm, BC and are 1-2 hours long.

  • Don’t wanna leave home? Have littles, animals or family members who need care? Kate will bring the bowls to you for a customized session that can happen in your safe space.

    House calls are are 1-2 hours long and cost $250 plus a potential travel fee.
